Abstract: The study explores the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak impacts on Vietnam Stock Market as well as discusses the methodical sequence & outlines the opportunities and challenges to this fast-growing emerging market. This paper determines that the Vietnamese government's responses and adjustments, supporting acts in the securities sector, explain how Vietnam Stock Market rebounds during and after the lockdown. The concluding section of this study examines options and priorities for the future.
