A witchcraft manuscript by two unknown authors from England in seventeenth century.
- It would be nice to have way to link to other sites that reference a work. (Instead of just the few ID possibilities)
- It would be nice to add Unknown authors, this way even if the authors are not known at least their number could be conveyed.
- Folklore as a work type would be nice. (Or Alternative-Science) Also Encyclopedia or Commonplace book.—3Rton | 2019-11-11 23:17:24
#10885 | The actual titled would just be "Commonplace book" but since that is more of a book type..
This entry specifically refers to the Book in collection at Newberry written between 16th-19th century by unknown authors.

#10884 | The manuscript "Cases of Conscience Concerning Witchcrafts" eventually evolved into that was published 1693
-Maybe the relationship should be Evil Spirits derived from Concerning Witchcrafts instead? Or perhaps one should edition instead of work. —3Rton | 2019-11-11 22:08:21
#10883 | Recently read about couple interesting witch related manuscripts in the possession of Newberry, a research library in Chicago.
This is a pre-publishing manuscript of the final version "Cases of Conscience Concerning Evil Spirits" with authors handwritten notes. Incidentally, neither work seems to have OpenLibrary ID, but the final work appears in quotes from a lot of books discussing the Salem With Trials.
- While this isn't old English it there should maybe me option for pre-modern English.
-I'm uncertain what this works type is. I feel like it falls somewhere between Article and Non-fiction—3Rton | 2019-11-11 21:56:03
