Brewster Lurton Kahle ( KAYL; born October 21, 1960) is an American digital librarian, computer engineer, Internet entrepreneur, and advocate of universal access to all knowledge. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1982. Kahle founded the Internet Archive and co-founded Alexa Internet in 1996. He was inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame in 2012.
