got the info from the copyright page of a book. there is a publisher named Barefoot Publishing, they are different entities as barefoot publications gives an estes park, co address and owns the copyright to the site mentioned in annotations while barefoot publishing gives a hawaii address and does not mention anything about the rocky mountains on their website.
