Acutually you can make the sign up page more colourful and enlarge the fields of input so that they become clearly visible. At present its a bit small in size the user needs to enlarge it. The field create creator can be renamed to something better like 'know the author' So that the users get a clear Idea of what it is. Yeah thats it rest all is perfect even the concept is appreciatable.
