Horror novel first published on September 15, 1986. According to King's official website, both letters in the title are capitalized. A limited edition in a slipcase (known as the Red Brick) was first published in Germany on August 1986. The translation is based on a manuscript that was revised by the author for the English publication afterwards. It is unclear whether the German publisher was authorized to release the novel prior to the English edition. Some sources refer to it as a bootleg.
