Dylan Dog Gigante is a comic book series, that contains the “Gigantic” Dylan Dog books with one to five self-contained stories. The page count varies, but is usually between 216 an 240. Sergio Bonelli Editore started publishing the series in 1993, and continued to publish annually, with the only exception being 1994, which saw the publication of two books in January and December. The series were concluded in 2013 with the book #22. While the books in the series were written, and illustrated by many veteran and new writers and artists, all the cover designs were provided by Angelo Stano, who was the official cover artist for the regular series at that time. Stano also illustrated four stories. The stories in the series tend to be on the “fantastic”, melancholic and poetic side, even more than the regular Dylan Dog stories.
