Please see the notes for Chapter 25... And, in addition: The introduction notes that Reed Waller wrote the final page on his own (after years of passing most of the writing duties off to Kate Worley, and eventually James Vance, since Reed's original days of writing the first few issues on his own). I'm considering that one page to be enough for a "written by" credit, but if not, let me know.RavenWorks

A few significant points: 1) In volume 8, the chapters are no longer numbered -- there's no table of contents, and no numbers on the occasional title-bearing splash pages. I'm continuing to list them separately, since they were apparently serialized in a magazine prior to this collection, but I don't know the details of that magazine so I can't enter it myself right now. 2) The chapters in volume 8 were completed after the death of Kate Worley, who died before she could finish turning her notes into a completed script. Some scenes were written entirely by her, and others were written by her husband James Vance based on her notes. I'm not sure if that means that his credit should be "adapted" or "reconstructed" -- the book is credited "by Reed Waller & Kate Worley with James Vance". I'm just leaving it as "written" so as not to give short shrift, but I'm open to other approaches.RavenWorks
